How to install your eSIM on iPhone

Make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection before you start — installation needs internet.

Open this site in your account, go to My eSIMs and open the eSIM you bought. You'll see a QR code plus the manual SM-DP+ address and activation code.

On your iPhone, open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Service) → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, and scan the code shown in your account.

If you can't scan it (for example you're reading this on the same phone), tap "Enter details manually" and paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code using the copy buttons.

Label the plan (e.g. "Travel"), keep your primary line for calls and texts, and set the travel eSIM for data. You're done — data starts when you reach your destination.
