Terms and Conditions

Last updated Aug 12, 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of roamly eSIM data plans. Please read them before you buy — by placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

roamly is a trading name of True Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16459127, whose registered office is at 45 Barbican Road, Greenford, England, UB6 9DH.

You can reach us at info@useroamly.com or +44 73 0165 2255. These terms are written in English and the contract between us will be concluded in English.

2. These terms and your statutory rights

These terms set out the contract between you and us when you buy an eSIM data plan. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you agree to them.

Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights as a consumer. If you are buying as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection law that we cannot exclude or limit, and those rights apply alongside anything said here.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation containing your eSIM details. If we cannot supply the plan you ordered, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

We may reject an order where the plan is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where there is an obvious pricing or description error that you could reasonably have recognised as a mistake.

4. What we supply

We supply an eSIM profile — a QR code and activation details — delivered electronically after payment. We are a reseller: the underlying mobile connectivity is provided by third-party network operators aggregated through our supplier.

The data allowance, validity period and covered countries for each plan are as described on that plan's page, and those descriptions form part of our contract with you. Network coverage, speed and availability within a covered country are controlled by the local operator and are not something we can guarantee.

5. Price and payment

The price of a plan is the price shown at checkout at the time you order. Payment is taken in full before the eSIM is issued and is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

True Technologies Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and the price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

If your card is issued outside the currency you pay in, your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction charges. Those are between you and your bank.

6. Your right to cancel, and why it usually ends at purchase

As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Because an eSIM is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout we ask you to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you will lose that 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins. If you give that consent and we issue the eSIM, the cancellation right no longer applies.

If you have not yet given that consent, or we have not yet issued the eSIM, you may still cancel within 14 days for a full refund. This section does not affect your separate rights if the eSIM turns out to be faulty — see our Refund Policy.

7. Your device and your responsibilities

Before ordering you must check that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a network. Our compatibility page lists supported devices, and a locked or non-eSIM device cannot use our service.

You must enable data roaming for the eSIM line at your destination for the plan to work. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the email address you give us, since that is how the eSIM is delivered.

You must not use the service unlawfully, resell it, or use it in a way that breaches the acceptable use rules of the underlying network operator.

8. If something goes wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund where that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time.

In practice this means: if an eSIM cannot be installed, or fails to connect in a country the plan says it covers, contact us and we will investigate and replace or refund it. Our Refund Policy explains how.

9. Our responsibility for loss or damage

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We are not liable for interruptions, congestion or coverage gaps in a third-party mobile network, nor for costs you incur because your own device is locked, incompatible, or has roaming disabled.

10. Complaints

If something is wrong, contact us first at info@useroamly.com or open a support ticket in your account, and we will aim to respond within two business days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or take the matter to court. Nothing here obliges you to accept a decision reached outside the courts.

11. Other important terms

We may update these terms — for example to reflect changes in the law or in what we supply. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the remaining paragraphs continue to apply. If we delay in enforcing a term against you, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the nation where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies there.
